They go quiet first.
Attendance drops off long before the cancellation email. The signal is already in your check-in data.
RetainLens reads your check-in data and hands you the names, with the reason. Be in the first group of studios that gets it.

One click to confirm, one email when it opens · No card · Works with TeamUp, Pike13 & CSV
12 members have too little history to score, listed separately as Low signal.
The full workspace, scaled down to fit your screen.
On Mindbody or Glofox? You won't have to wait. Export your members and check-ins, drop both files in. No integration needed.

Mindbody, TeamUp and Pike13 answer "who paid?" They never answer "who is about to leave?"
A text in week three saves a member. After the cancellation it's just customer service.
One field. No account, no card, no call to book. One line in any message we send takes you off again.
One click in the mail that comes straight back. Until you do, nothing is on the list — which is also what stops anyone else putting your address here.
One message, the day RetainLens opens. No newsletter, no drip sequence, nothing in between. The list is let in ahead of general signup, in groups small enough that we read every reply.
No dashboards to configure. No formulas to write. No consultant. Open it Monday, act, close it.
RetainLens can never change, cancel or charge anything in your platform.
Names, join dates, check-ins, membership type. Nothing about bodies.
Two CSVs and a column check. Your first risk list is on the same screen.
The list you actually use is the one you can read between classes.
One mail comes straight back, with a link. Click it and you’re on the list; ignore it and you never were. That is the only thing we ask of you, and it exists so that nobody can put your address here but you. After that, nothing happens for a while: no onboarding mail, no "here's what to expect" follow-up. The next message you get is the one that says RetainLens is open.
When the first version does what this page says it does: the risk list, the reason, the Monday email. Not before. We’re aiming to let the first studios in early 2027, and if that moves you’ll hear it in the one email we send. We would rather give you one real date than three hopeful ones, so there isn’t a countdown here.
It usually is, and that’s fine. RetainLens needs two things: who your members are and when they came in. Missing phone numbers, half-filled address fields, three spellings of the same class name — none of that is read. If a column is missing entirely, the upload says which one, in plain English, before anything is scored.
Right now, only the email address you type in, plus the server log every website keeps. No member data exists anywhere yet. There is no product to put it in. What the product will hold once it runs is listed in the privacy policy: names, join dates, membership type, status and check-in timestamps. Never payment details, never health or injury data. Your address is not sold, not shared and not used for advertising. Ask us to delete it and it's gone.
Yes, at any time, from any message we send you. Given what we're building, making that hard would be a strange way to start.
One field, one click to confirm, then first in line. Nothing else lands in your inbox.
